This site is operated for Sculptural Face Lifting (Yakov Gershkovich). This page explains what we collect, why, and how you stop it.

What we collect

If you ask for free access to a lesson, we collect the name and email address you type into the form, and the phone number if you choose to give one. Nothing on this site asks for a phone number as a condition of access.

Like most websites, we also receive technical data your browser sends: IP address, browser type and the pages you open. Analytics and advertising tools may set cookies in your browser.

Why we use it

The email address identifies your personal access link and its three-day window, and it is the address we write to about that lesson and about our courses. Technical data is used to measure traffic and the effectiveness of our advertising.

Who processes it

Email is delivered by SendPulse, which stores your address on our behalf so we can send and, when you ask, stop sending. Advertising measurement uses the Meta Pixel, which is loaded only after you accept cookies on this site. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your address until you unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe we remove it from our mailing list and keep only the fact of the request, so that the address is not added again by mistake.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of every letter or on our unsubscribe page. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by writing to help@sflifting.com.
